Q: What is the transmission rate of 4G?
A: According to the 4G bandwidth of each country, the current test in China using EVDO can achieve 4 channels of image transmission at the same time, 15 frames per channel.
Q: How long is the delay time for 4G remote preview?
A: The transmission delay is estimated to be 5 to 20 seconds, depending on the bandwidth.
Q: Can the video settings be set via 4G remote operation?
A: Can not realize the recording setting through 4G.
Q:WIFI can’t connect?
A:Whether the device supports WIFI function
Whether the WIFI SSID number and password are set correctly
Wi-Fi password only allows WEP encryption mode

Q: The SD card indicator is off or flashing?
A: The SD card indicator has 3 states: off, on and flashing; the meanings are as follows:
Off: The SD card is not inserted or the device cannot recognize the SD card;
On: The SD card exists, but it is not the disk currently being recorded;
Blinking: This SD card exists and is currently recording disk;
If both SD card indicators are on and not flashing, the possible causes are as follows:
According to the user's setting in the menu, the device thinks that there is no recording task currently;
Both SD cards have been recorded full, but the automatic overwrite in the menu is turned off;
Both SD cards are full. Although the automatic overlay in the menu is turned on, since the recording files in the two SD cards are all alarm recording files, they cannot be deleted and cannot start a new recording;
Q: Do individual GPS and AGPS need to be used with SIM card?
A: GPS does not require a network, it needs to be outdoors to receive satellite signals, AGPS is network positioning, you need to turn on wifi or 4G function to locate successfully, you can locate indoors
Q: No GPS signal?
A: The possible reasons for GPS no signal are as follows:
No GPS antenna is connected;
The GPS antenna is placed indoors;

Q: When recording on SD card and hard disk, what is the way of recording overwrite?
A: The SD card and the hard disk record separately. When the SD card and hard disk are full, the original recordings in the respective disks will be deleted.

Q: Does the infrared of BWC need to be turned on manually or automatically?
A: In the setting menu, you can select the mode of the infrared function, there are closed and open, the default is to open automatically according to the surrounding environment light intensity (note: the open state of the Android machine is the long open state, and the ambient light is automatically detected)
